Packages

Please be advised:

  1. Our package prices are for the main Greater Sudbury Area only. This includes New Sudbury, Minnow Lake, Coniston, Garson, The South End, Gatchell, & Downtown. There will be a mileage fee of 0.75c per kilometer for areas outside of the specified radius or a $25.00 flat rate for mileage to and from any outer areas such as Chelmsford, Hanmer, Lively, Coppercliff, Naughton, the Valley etc.
  2. We prefer 2-3 months in advance for your booking. We do accept late requests, please note anything under 3 weeks in advance will be subject to a late booking fee.
  3. Our performers are LIVE in the moment. Which means every experience and performance will vary.
  4. We require a 50% deposit upon booking and the following 50% a minimum of 4 days prior to the performance. Deposits are non-refundable.
  5. Our Performers require a parking spot close to the front of the house. It is helpful if the children cannot see the arrival of the characters.
  6. We perform with a Bluetooth speaker upon arrival, if requested we can bring a louder sound system at an additional cost.
  7. Not all princesses are singers, please note visits may or may not entail singing, depending on availability.

PARTY package Instructions

  1. OUTDOOR PARTIES

    Outdoor Parties are permitted from May until the first snow fall, weather permitting. For temperatures of 10C or lower, the performer will be required to wear character appropriate winter wear over their costume. For all parties held outdoors, a shaded area is required for the Character to do their activities, for their safety. Due to our delicate costumes, and for our performers health and safety, an indoor alternative must be provided if a weather change does occur (Rain, Snow, Wind, Hail, etc). Performers will not be permitted to work outdoors in these weather conditions, and will be required to leave the party if no indoor alternative is provided. No refund will be given if this circumstance occurs. ​

  2. CRAFTS (Silver & Gold Packages ONLY)

    A table is required for this activity, with enough space for each child to sit and do their craft. Multiple tables may be used if needed. Parents should be available to assist kids with their craft if needed.

  3. *TEA PARTY (Gold Package ONLY)

    Tea party Beverage & a Table/Chairs must be provided for the Tea Party portion of the Gold Package. We will provide the Tea Pot. We are not permitted to bring any beverage to parties, this must be provided by the Party host.

  4. IMPORTANT

    We always do our very best to complete every activity listed in the packages we offer. However, due to the many contributing factors during parties or events, some activities may take longer than planned to complete. In this case certain activities may be required to be removed or replaced, as per the decision of the performer. We do not provide any refunds for any activities we were unable to complete due to this reason. Our performers are trained to be very efficient and will always do their very best to complete as many activities as possible in the given time frame.

  5. ADDITIONAL CHILDREN

    Our packages are designed for up to 10 children, if your party exceeds 10, a fee of $4.00/extra per child will be required.

  6. CAKE CUTTING CEREMONY

    Please let us know if you would like our Performer to take part in your cake cutting ceremony and we will add it onto the package free of charge. Our performers, however, are not permitted to cut the cake, but can be present during the ceremony itself. Please note, an activity may need to be removed to leave time for this activity.

  7. OVER 15 CHILDREN

    For parties with over 15 Children invited we Highly Recommend adding an additional character, as it allows us to get through all of the included activities in the given time frame. We cannot guarantee all of the activities will be completed if there is over 15 children and only 1 Character present. Any amount over 10 children, will require a parent present to assist with activities.
