Due to Ontario regulations, outside alcohol is not permitted in our venue. We are currently working on getting our liquor sales license. Please be patient as we navigate this process.
Important Information
1. Booking & Payment
-
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the base package is required to reserve your date (add on's can be paid for with final payment)
-
The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the event.
-
Dates are not secured until the deposit is received.
-
Payments can be made via credit, debit, cheque, cash or e-transfer.

2. Rental Time & Access
-
Rentals are for a standard 3-hour time block, including setup and teardown.
-
Additional time may be purchased in advance.
-
Early access to the hall is not guaranteed unless pre-arranged.
-
Late departures may result in additional charges.

3. Decorations & Setup
-
You are welcome to bring your own decorations (no nails, tacks, or wall damage).
-
No confetti, glitter, or open flames (including sparklers).
-
Balloon arches, table setups, and themed décor are available as add-ons.
-
Please allow time within your rental for setup.

4. Food & Catering
-
Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless the "freedom food" option is added as an add on
-
Outside catering must be pre-approved.
-
Alcohol is not permitted unless a permit is provided. (Our alcohol license is currently pending approval!)

5. Entertainment & Activities
-
Characters, face painting, and activity stations can be added to any booking.
-
If bringing outside entertainment, please notify us in advance.
-
All outside equipment must be pre-approved for safety.

6. Cleaning & Damage Policy
-
Please remove all personal belongings at the end of your rental.
-
Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess.
-
Any damage to the venue or equipment will be the responsibility of the renter.

7. Capacity & Safety
-
Maximum capacity must be followed.
-
Children must be supervised at all times.
-
The renter is responsible for all guests' conduct and safety during the event.

8. Cancellation Policy
-
Cancellations must be made in writing 30 days in advance.
-
Deposits are non-refundable.
-
No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit all payments.

9. Weather & Emergencies​
-
We are not liable for cancellations due to force majeure events.
