Please be advised:
1. Package prices are for the main Greater Sudbury Area only. This includes New Sudbury, Minnow Lake, Coniston, Garson, The South End, Gatchell, & Downtown. There will be a mileage fee of 0.50c per kilometer (plus drive time) for areas outside of the specified radius or a $25.00 flat rate for mileage to and from any outer areas such as Chelmsford, Hanmer, Lively, Coppercliff, Naughton, the Valley etc. 

2. Bookings are preferred 2-3 months in advance. We do accept late requests, please note anything under 3 weeks in advance will be subject to a late booking fee.

3. Performers are LIVE in the moment. Which means every experience and performance will vary.
We require a 50% deposit of the base package upon booking and the following 50% (plus any add ons) a minimum of 4 days prior to the performance. Deposits are non-refundable.

4. Performers require a parking spot close to the front of the house. It is helpful if the children cannot see the arrival of the characters. For "PARTY Packages" performers will need time to setup in the party room before being seen by the kids.

5. We perform with a Bluetooth speaker upon arrival, if requested we can bring a louder sound system at an additional cost.

6. Not all princesses are singers, please note visits may or may not entail singing, depending on availability.
